Masterclass February

On 13.2.2024 we will meet at TPA at 16:00 for our first Masterclass in 2024. Experience an exciting afternoon with Veronika Böhm from Marsh und Helmut Beer from TPA and get new, practice-oriented insights!
We will first give an update on the different valuation methods and then go into the legal and tax elements. Later, we will focus on the risks of M&A transactions and the corresponding countermeasures.
