The start is made by aaia member Jürgen Wahl, who is lead investor for the Viennese start-up Rebel Meat with his management and investment company “Wahl & Partner GmbH”, founded in 2006.
“Rebel Meat” creates since 2019 delicious meat products that offer 100% enjoyment with only 50% meat content. They are healthier and more climate-neutral than conventional meat products and consist of 100% natural organic ingredients. Rebel Meat” is sold in supermarkets as well as in various restaurants in Vienna. Who has already tried it?
