Lisa studied Finance at Bocconi University in Milan. After her studies, Lisa began focusing on Equity Research and Investing in the Asset Management division of Raiffeisen Capital Management in Vienna. Her interest in technology companies grew, leading her to move to the VC fund Speedinvest, where she invested in Fintech and Insurtech startups at the seed stage. At the corporate venture capital fund Uniqa Ventures, she expanded her focus to Healthtech and invested at slightly later stages in Series A. For almost two years, Lisa was responsible for new investments and portfolio management for Austria’s leading super angel, Hansi Hansmann, before taking on her current role as Managing Partner of the Hans(w)o)men Group.
